"It's a hobby. Don't worry about it." Momo is such a smart sweetie pie.
Honestly, the boys are probably bored in the midst of COVID. I loved Gaku's reply.
And how momo said he could never mess with the kids ban san is taking care of 💕 made all my past concern stupidly irrelevant
I'm glad Yamato's issue has finally been taken care of, he was so nervous and really apologetic, I wanted to give him a hug for finally working up the courage to reveal everything and then to take action to change his situation with his father and help the group. It was funny how Nagi made it so much bigger than it needed to be by inviting Trigger and Re:Vale but I'm glad he did because their advice helped him too.
I am curious as to what we'll have to deal with next since there is still Trigger's downfall that was mentioned in the first episode to come but it seems that won't be the focus just yet unless that is what Ryou is referring to at the post-credit scene. It was so satisfying to see Ryou so pissed off like that, I hope his malicious plans continue to get screwed over but I'm sure he'll succeed in something. However, I'm glad to learn that Momo wasn't intending to use Yamato and was trying to use Ryou to find a way to stop Yamato and Idolish7 from getting hurt.
Agree, it was value added to have all 12 together. Wish Banri was there, tbh, since he's a fountain of wisdom. Oh, I don't want to think ahead too much! Just revel in this beautiful moment! My heart has been in pain for 5 episodes, so I will enjoy this healing time. Yamato's bright smile after his tears are dried - it's like a rainbow after the rainstorm.
Though you do have a good point; I, too, hope his plans are foiled, but wondering how. It seems Ryou now knows the Re:Vale set are not to be trusted, so wondering how the others will be able to intercede his next plans if they're not directly in loop. Is this where zool comes in? Does anyone know -- when Ryou said he as a spy in Hoshikage, was he referring to Minami?
I wonder if we will learn about Nagi now, or if that will still come later. There have been many hints and for the first time, there is someone who knows for sure - that young, handsome, but sleazy actor.
Also judging by the preview, we will get to see ZOOL members again.
It could happen soon since things didn't go his way with Yamato, he might change his target to Nagi instead.
No! Not Nagi! T_T
He's too precious...
Or to Ryuu, because he could damage his reputation completely with a reveal about his father.
Part 4 of the game is very nagi centric and amazing! So probably if we get a season 4 we will get more on it?
I knew it even when the first time I read this part in the game I didn't doubt Momo, while it's true he cares about Yuki so much but he won't actually do something like this, he cares about his juniors too and is such a good boy at heart I had faith in my boy
God I love Yamato so much. He deserves the world and more, just like all the other members. This anime really is so emotionally investing and so much more than just some idols dancing and singing.
Can't agree with you enough! Yamato made me fall in love with him even more deeply through this arc. They're all such beautiful characters. I7 writers are phenomenal and exploring some sensitive themes that are very important, like respect, self-understanding and self-compassion. These boys/men are really strong and showing a lot of vulnerability and growth as humans through their trials. So much more than just singing and dancing - that's just a bonus!
"How Yamato Got His Groove Back"
idolish7: *exists*
Me: *gently holds*
My sweet boys...
I'm glad Yamato confessed and got everything off his shoulders. But there's still trouble brewing over the horizon thanks to Tsukumo and the future debut of ZOOL.
It's so relieving to see Yamato's true self-assured posture. This arc was really painful, and the final message is so sweet. Glad all of them were there - and Gaku's "is he getting married" reply took the cake! I'm glad Tenn and Riku listened closely and seriously, especially Tenn. Yuki exposing Yama's edgy side. Yama closed off his heart from a young age, and coming to Idolish7 made him go through a value shift. I bet it was also something for Sogo and Gaku to learn from, too, though their situations are slightly different.
The end scene with Kinako is perfect. Petting animals is a stress reliever. I think everyone in this show needs to pet Kinako and have a group confession time. Well done, Yamato, you are leading the way for recovery! - But on a serious note, it's good that everyone in the agency is approachable and Yamato is now feeling supported by everyone around him, and can feel like he can support them, too.
i genuinely got scared by the post credit scene- Tsukumo's sudden voice change was amazing, i love takahashi hiroki so much
every episode a wild ride
ryou gives me chill man his voice actor is incredible
That "Look forward to it" at the end was so creepy, Takahashi Hiroki is doing wonders voicing Ryou.
So true! I abhor Ryou (a compliment), and I have a lot of new respect for Yuki, Momo, and Yamato's voice actors, too. This was a tough episode, they all did so spectacularly.
I kinda wanted to see the "It is all your fault, dad!" scene, but I still have hope that they will show it eventually.
Gaku would prob like that, too.
I'm sorry, but I won't look forward to it. >:| I'm sure that surprise will make for a great couple episodes, but I won't look forward to anything that will make any of my boys suffer.
i love yamato so much <3
Love how everything seems to be going in the right direction and then we have ZOOL patiently waiting to rain on everyone’s parade ;-;
pffft XD "zool" I've been calling him 'snake in the grass senpai'
fits him to a T
they are protecting the 7 and their reasons are? just killing time and its a hobby. sure. not because their an adorable a duo who love to protect their juniors. nope. totally not XD
tho then again that might be it exactly
their hobbies are protecting their precious juniors. XD
Glad things are resolved, but dont want to let Yamato off the hook for assaulting his senpai Yuki previously.... >:(
i bet another issue will happen next ep
I'm glad yamato found the courage and that there are people willing to listen to him.
Just one thing u can't get over with is how he strangled yuki and that there is no specific resolution to that.
I stan the right guy
i lowkey love ryou so far, he gives me chills mmmmm, maybe later on he'll become a bitch and i'll stop liking him, but for now he's great
I am glad yamato was able to talk and things got resolved :))
hahahhh revale fighting whenever ryo is the room makes me laugh so hard. ALSO poor yama, i’m so glad that he got a chance to be vulnerable and be his honest self in front of everyone. now he has nothing left to hide, he can finally be happy :” also mina in that last scene tho, he’s a cutie, albeit an evil one LOL
I wish someone could kill off Rou, but unfortunately, this is not that kind of story... people like him don't deserve to live :/
Ryo is such a frightening bully :( He gave me a heart attack when he popped back through the doors back in the middle of their convo...
Momo confirmed to be the sweetie we always knew he been. It was such a heartwarming episode seeing yamato finally be able to open up to his friends. The instant replies to nagi's yamato's confession gathering cracked me up tho xD
